Manager of Employer Engagement & LEPC Lead
Heather Gregg is the Manager of Employer Engagement & Local Employment Planning Council (LEPC) Lead at Workforce WindsorEssex. As the LEPC Lead, Heather assumes the overall project management role for the LEPC project, while continuing to work with local employer to gain insight into their individual labour market demands, future workforce plans and challenges they may be experiencing.
Heather also serves as the Project Coordinator for Positioning Women for Success – Windsor-Essex. This project is focused around mentorship for women to position them for success. Engaging with six local employer partners, Heather will work with stakeholders and partners to understand the barriers that women face and how internal mentorship models can be developed to address these concerns.
A graduate of the University of Windsor having obtained her Bachelor of Commerce, Heather applies her knowledge into deciphering data and modelling to create useable labour market information for stakeholders and the community on a variety of topics.
